This is heartbreaking, and unfortunately the reality here in America.
A woman who was getting off of a subway in Boston fell and was trapped between the train and platform.
She suffered a bad cut to her thigh, one deep enough to expose her bone. Despite that, she begged those nearby NOT to call for help due to the costs involved.
Regardless of her pain, both physically and monetarily, some good does come from this.
A group of 10 bystanders banded together to PUSH THE SUBWAY, moving it just enough to free her.
Despite her initial reservations, EMTs made their way to the scene & she ended up going to the hospital.
