A road rage incident in Philly spiraled out of control real fast when a man exited his truck and started bashing the other car with a SLEDGEHAMMER. As the SUV that is taking a beating starts to pull away, one of it's passengers FALLS OUT. The guy with the sledgehammer then turns his attention to the fallen passenger and hits HIM in the shoulder with the sledgehammer.
WTH. Amazingly no police report was filed.
