Residents of Irwindale have filed a lawsuit against a new sriracha factory, owned by Huy Fong.  He recently opened up this new factory, after operating out of two buildings since the late 1980s.

They are complaining of burning eyes, irritated throats and headaches.

Sriracha is processed and stored between the months of September and December. This short processing time provides all the year's sauce.

The good news is that we will most likely not see a Sriracha shortage, however if they are forced to close the factory, we will almost definitely have to pay more for our lovely bottles of heaven.

Feel free to use this as a supply and demand exercise for your kids.
