Hilary Phelps introduced me to a concept called "30 for 30."  It's prettty simple.  For 30 days, do 30 minutes of activity each day.  

You choose the activity.  You choose the intensity.  It's all about starting healthy habits.

The reason I'm telling you about this concept, is that I am starting 30 for 30 this month.  And yes, I know July has 31 days.  We can do a bonus day.  Or the name can be wrong.  Completely up to you!
