ESPN's Adam Schefter, live on WDAE's Mike & Mike Show Thursday morning, said that WR DeSean Jackson will sign with the Buccaneers. Schefter said the move will take place at "4:01 p.m." -- in essence, the first moment a signing can be announced.
Jackson had spent the past three years with the Redskins, averaging an NFL-best 19.03 yards per catch during that time. He averaged 17.2 yards per catch in six seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.
